Nava Thakuria is an eastern India based journalist and covers his region and its adjacent neighbours including Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet/China, Myanmar and Bangladesh.
His focus areas remain sociopolitical developments, environmental and wildlife protection and changing phases of professional media. He represents the south and southeast Asian region at the Geneva-based Press Emblem Campaign.
