She played a key role in advancing the New Zealand–India Sports Memorandum of Cooperation, helped launch the New Zealand Government Sport Diplomacy Strategy 2025–2030, and is helping shape plans to celebrate a century of sporting ties with India in 2026.
A hockey player, coach, and club leader, Lauren is passionate about coaching and building pathways for connection through sport. With a background in art history and gallery experience, she is equally inspired by culture and creativity and hopes to foster more opportunities for exchange between New Zealand and Asia.
